Gripfighting: It's what's for dinner
Spent the night down at Sandhills BJJ/Martial Arts Academy of Southern Pines.
The head instructor,s Roy Marsh and Larry Hughes, are longtime friends of mine having seen Chuck fight MMA when I joined Team ROC over 7 years ago, and Roy Marsh who has been a big influence on my game in Jiu-Jitsu.
At any rate, myself, Mr. Dirty White Belt himself, and several other training partners from around the Raleigh area made the jaunt down to Southern Pines to train.
The midweek roadtrip to see friends and other school is part of Jiu-Jitsu culture everywhere (hopefully).
