This Week in BJJ Episode 32: Part II, Aoki vs Boku in One FC, Bellator 95 Tonight

Bicep slicer and collar choke from Budo Jake and Shawn Williams:

Aoki coming after Kotetsu Boku's One FC title this weekend in Singapore:
Get to know the man they call "No Face": the mercurial Boku. His best weapon appears to be a right hand he throws straight and to the body with ferocity and a pretty quick sprawl. We'll see if he can avoid the bodylock style takedowns which Aoki prefers to drag his opponents to the mat.

On that note...here is the entire Dream Career of Shinya Aoki, God bless the internetz:

Bellator 95 is on tonight: Curran versus anyone he fights is usually entertaining. Doug Marshall win or lose is exciting and even is Karo's mental state fails, Rick Hawn will likely make it a mercifully short night for Karo, but a recent interview suggests the two are old Judo rivals and feel less than amicable about one another, so Hawn may decide to simply batter Karo and bust him up rather than a quick finish if given the choice. The fight game can be an unforgiving place.

Non-MMA Multimedia Mailbag for Monday

We have to wait until Thursday for some Bellator MMA and Saturday for some UFC style fighting.
Both cards look good with Curran facing Shamalaev in Bellator and pending a facial cut/commission clearance Gustaffson facing Mousasi.

Bellator has in total the following coming your way on Thursday:
Curran has grown into a serious MMA fighter growing only more impressive in successive outings. Doug Marshall can always end the fight with a single punch and Rick Hawn vs Karo will be an interesting stylistic match-up with two of the better male Judokas in MMA facing off.
