Monday's UFC 160: The Hocus Pocus Preview and Grappling Multimedia Mailbag

A slow-ish weekend in the MMA world with no UFC taking place.

We do have a total joke of a main card/Heavyweight title fight coming up at UFC 160, though. I call it a joke b/c Cain absolutely demolished Bigfoot Silva from bell to bell the last time they fought (it literally began with the first kick Silva threw, which Cain caught, put Silva on his back, cut him open and pounded him mercilessly until the fight ended. Silva was literally never in the fight other than as a punching bag.
Take note title-shot challenger complainer Anderson Silva who also got his title shot under ignominious fashion after ONE UFC fight that was him KO'ing Chris Leben.

And if you missed it, MMAJunkie.com has a replay/stream of the Cage Warriors 54 event from Saturday at 2pm today:  Click HERE for an event recap.
